ABOUT BIOFAL

BIOFAL started with a simple idea: bring back real food that people hardly eat anymore.

Organs used to be a regular part of diets, but modern eating put them aside. We wanted to make them easy again — clean, simple, and accessible to anyone.

Our products come from grass-fed cattle raised on bio-certified farms here in Latvia.

The farms follow strict standards. We chose them because we care about where our ingredients come from. Latvia has some of the cleanest nature in Europe, and we’re proud to use it the right way.

We use freeze-drying to preserve the organs.

It keeps the food close to its natural form without heat or additives. This method has been used for decades, even by NASA, because it keeps the food stable while holding onto its natural structure and nutrients.

We don’t use fillers or unnecessary additives, just real food.

And everything is third-party tested, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Why organs?

Because they’ve always been known as some of the most nutrient-rich foods, and most people don’t eat them anymore. We’re here to change that by making them easy to include again.
